Several Ways to Explore
Natural and Cultural Heritage Walks
Slow down, marvel at the wonders of nature, and cultivate a deeper connection to the Trégor.
Join Christine for two-to-three hour guided group walks in multiple locations
from the site of a former oppidum at the Yaudet to the striking Pink Granite Coast to the Roche Jagu’s luxurious and biodiversity-mindful estate. Walks along the Léguer river from Beg Léguer and the Trestel wetlands are accessible for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. All walks include a light tasting of seasonal or local products.
Custom Private Tours
Looking for a walk or combination of short visits for just you, your family or a small group?
Together we can create a half-day or full-day custom tour of one or multiple
places like historical towns (Lannion, Tréguier and Pontrieux) and natural places (Ile Milliau, Ploumanac’h, the Guindy river at Tréguier, the Jaudy river at Kerbors, the Léguer River Valley in Vieux Marché and Beg Léguer, the Goas Lagorn Valley and the Roche Jagu Estate to name just a few).
School Group Visits

Walk and Tea Winter Outings

outdoors and incorporates movement to stimulate the brain!
About Me
Christine: An American nature enthusiast with Breton roots
After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology and environmental studies, followed by a master’s degree focused on the connection between people and their environment, I began leading hikes and conducting outreach for environmental non-profits.
In 2010, I moved abroad to Brittany, the birthplace of my father, intending to stay for just one year. More than fifteen years and two children later, I’ve also developed a passion for our rich local cultural heritage and the enduring connection between people and place here in Brittany.
I created Explore the Trégor to share my enthusiasm for the region’s beautiful natural areas, to exchange stories and knowledge about its rich cultural heritage, and to encourage people to slow down to cultivate a deeper connection to the Trégor as well as benefiting physically and mentally from being present in nature.
I hope you’ll join me for an immersive natural and cultural experience in Brittany’s Trégor region!
